One of the girls was sick for the school field trip so her mom arranged for a few of the kids from the neighborhood to go to the zoo and recreate the day for her. It was really nice. It wasn't crowded at all and we took our time. The kids had a great time.
We were there at a great time because the kids were able to talk to several zoo keepers while they feed and took care of the animals.
I loved the kids faces in this picture. They were watching the keeper above feed the lemurs.
